The former speaker of the House of Representatives and governor of Sokoto State, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal Saturday said the new administration under the leadership of President Muhammodu Buhari will work hard to ensure that the political change witnessed in the country will transform to economic change.
The former speaker disclosed this yesterday in Abuja at the inaugural graduation ceremony of The Centangon International School, where he stated that for years the country was moving without direction, but expressed optimism that the country would soon be better.

Tambuwal, who was represented by his Special ‎Adviser, Mr. Fabian Okoye said ; "I know that it is no longer easy to find good examples of people who inspire us to do good, I know that many people now say if you can't beat them, join them. Please don't join them; we can beat them. I see before me smart bright Nigerians who will make this country proud one day.
"You are all witnesses to that change during the last election. We are working hard to make sure that this political change translates into economic change, into behavioural change, into attitudinal change," he noted.
The governor stated furthers: "I know you are going to the world when things are not going well for our country, I know that for years it seems our country was moving towards the precipice without a parachute‎. I can assure you that this country will be better soon. change has indeed begun, Nigerians are proofing that we are not a hopeless case, there will be No when enough is enough‎."
